Wendell starts the ball rolling on his plan to save Jerry (not Jeremy) Galloway from the clutches of a cult dedicated to the Adversarial Force. All of his planning depends on his disparate group to finally come together into a team. But is the obligate pessimist now being too optimistic for his own good?
As part of the plan, Tommy must take a road trip. The problem? It’s a road trip with Flo.
Anansi meets with a very old friend and reveals the depth of his concerns to her. Meanwhile, Wendell briefs the team on what he thinks Anansi’s plan was.
Susan and Terrell have a less than pleasant talk with The Strigoi, and later, Wendell reveals to Susan just how much he knows about her and her late husband.
While the team is having issue of their own, Anansi returns to his roots.
Wendell begins to lay out the disturbing facts behind the group’s mission from Anansi, including the strange secret the boy they’re meant to protect harbors. But one name puts Coyote on edge and might make the group’s mission go from ‘difficult’ to ‘suicidal’.
